Recognising the challenges some homeowners face with their existing MVHR units, we introduced the ‘Apex Discovery’ service. It’s a solution for those whose MVHR units are either malfunctioning or have stopped working altogether. Notably, we’ve found that many issues arise from incorrect design or installations that don’t meet the Part F building regulations.

With the ‘Apex Discovery’ service, for a set fee, we’ll visit your property to assess the condition of your existing MVHR unit. After our evaluation, we’ll provide expert advice on the next steps. This could be anything from replacing the entire unit to just needing advanced servicing, depending on the unit’s age and current performance. For those curious about costs, the starting price for our Discovery site inspection is £195, though this can vary based on the location.

We believe that once an MVHR system is in place, the work doesn’t end. Regular check-ups and maintenance are crucial to ensure it’s always performing at its best. That’s why we emphasise the importance of servicing, maintenance, and repairs to keep any MVHR unit in top condition.

To simplify the process for our customers, we have three service packages to choose from: Basic, Standard, and Advanced. We suggest you select a package based on your MVHR system’s age and its maintenance history. A well-maintained system doesn’t only give you better air quality but can also be cost-effective in the long run.
